processing time

Most orders ship in a day or two but please allow up to 4 business days for your order to ship. When it has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Most orders ship by USPS. If you need something rushed please email me at dlaceyeichinger@gmail.com

digital downloads

When applicable, digital files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with the download link (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it). The downloads are in the column on the right hand side of the email.

payment options

Secure options on this website, PayPal and credit cards, are processed securely by Squarespace. Most workshops will require payment to reserve your space; however, some workshops may offer in-person payment options like cash, venmo, or Paypal. See specific the workshop details for payment options.

returns & exchanges

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of physical art or workshops. But I want you to love your items and understand that emergencies happen! All sculptures and my artwork are one of a kind. The description, photos and measurements are as accurate as possible. If you would like additional pictures of the piece, or are local and would like to see it in person, please email and make a request before placing your order. If you have any questions, please send an email before buying to ensure the piece is what you are looking for.

shipping Information

Sculptures and artwork are carefully packed and sent in a sturdy box. Most orders are sent through USPS with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been sent.

Items delivered outside of the US may be subject to import duties, VAT, and taxes. These are charged at destination and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. Please contact your local customs office before purchasing if you are concerned. Please only make a purchase if you are prepared to pay additional fees upon delivery.
